The object has to be placed at the centre of curvature of the converging mirror in order to get an image of the same size as that of the object. When an object is placed at the centre of curvature of the concave mirror , the image characteristics are as follows : Image is real. For real, inverted and reduced image, the object must be placed beyond the centre of curvature.
