Answer:

ax+by=c

Oraxc+byc=1

It cuts

X axis at(ca,0)

Y axis at(0,cb)

Now 3x+2y=12

x4+y6=1

So cuts

X axis at(4,0)

Y axis at(0,6)

Answer:

 \huge↦ \color{red} \underline{ \boxed{ \bf \: y = 5}} \\

Step-by-step explanation:

Equation:

  • 3x-2y=10

if the line cut Y axis then x coordinate of line will be zero i.e. x=0

then put x=0 in the above line

3x - 2y = 10

3×0-2y=10

-2y=10

y =    \cancel\frac {10^{5} }{2 ^{1} }   \\

↦ \color{red} \underline{ \boxed{ \bf \: y = 5}} \\

so the coordinate is (0,5)
