"Where the mind is without fear" by Tagore contains following figures of speech:-
1) Personification (in line 6)
"Where tireless striving stretches it's arms towards perfection.... "
Here, Striving is personified as tireless and possessing arms to reach towards something.
2) Metaphor(in line 7-8)
Reason is a stream of water and thoughtless habit is a desert .
3) Apostrophe (in final lines)
There is an example of apostrophe, where
the speaker refers someone, who is either absent or not responding, as "thee" and "my Father".
