- Left atrium receives oxygenated blood from the lungs via pulmonary vein.
- During this collection the left atrium.
- It contracts why left ventricle expands blood is transferred to it.

- As the left ventricle contracts the blood is then pumped out for the circulation in the body
- Deoxygenated blood enters to the right Atrium as it expands.
- When the right Atrium contracts the corresponding lower chamber that is the right ventricle dilates.
- Deoxygenated blood does enters in it which in turn is pumped into lungs for oxygenation.
- Valves are the muscular flap that prevent backflow of blood.
- Septum is a muscular walls that prevents mixing of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood.
