Hey buddy,
If you have a liquid somewhere, that's basically a lot of slowly moving molecules jumbled together. A gas is just a lot of fast moving molecules that are relatively far apart.
When you increase the temperature, you are making the molecules move faster, hence it is easier for them to become gas.
Similarly, if you blow gas over the surface, you are "moving other molecules out of the way" (lowering pressure), making it, again, easier for molecules to become gas
