Where there is a love there is a life mahatma gandhi?
Answers
found this quote to be cited quite a bit on websites about romantic love.
It can be applied in that way, no doubt. But I find it to have an even broader application. It is so simple and it took me a long time to decide to use it in this project. But, after reading it a few times over a the course of a few months, I began to feel the depth of it.
The truth is that where there is love, there IS life. Love is the power of the Universe, and everything is alive through an inexplicable power that could be called, ultimately, love. This quote reminds me of the recent quote I posted by Krishnamurti about how loving a problem can make it as beautiful as a sunrise.
Feeling, projecting and giving love in any direction changes things. Feeling love and sending love toward situations, objects and all living things including plants, animals and humans, opens up space for growth and change of all kinds. And those are definite signs of life. This is a quote for simply contemplating. I hope you enjoy it and I hope you have a beautiful week!
PS! I would like to invite you to join me on a guided drawing expedition in Central Park. You don’t have to know “how” to draw! Non-artists and artists alike leave my “workshop-drawing tour” with exciting sketches and a new feeling of confidence. I teach a way of connecting to the environment that enhances your experience of a place… And we have a lot of fun to boot!
