This statement tells us that if we are not determined to achieve our goal or target, we will never work hard to achieve it and thus we will never get success. But, if we have strong will and if we are determined to achieve a particular goal, we will surely be able to do it.

So, for achieving any targets or goals, we must have will and we must be determined. No barrier or obstacle can stop us from achieving our goals if we are determined.
