Where to learn software engineering online?

Brother there are many sites which gives basic knowledge about SE but one site which stands out is  techworm.net and there's a facebook page known as hackers.

I am a software engineering student. I think if you want to learn it then you starts from a teacher. Any one language read there(if it is c language then it will be more better) after that you can understand every language by yourself by reading books. Online education or learning is not so useful to learn properly. If you learn online you can't develop anything by yourself.
