Spirogyra is usually found in ponds , ditches , and clean water which contains lot of nutrients. this is actually grown in underwater. but also produces O2 WHEN EXPOSED TO SUNLIGHT.

We can found spirogyra in water means in ponds, ditches and in fresh water. It is a microscopic organism. It is a plant is filamentous. unbranched.
