planets don't twinkling.
it due to the effect of atmosphere turbulence.i t affect all the light sourcse but not the dim sources.i t is defined that planets are brighter due to assertion and the photon from them plow through the atmosphere turbulence with little or no effect but this is no logical, it increases the brightness of the sources..
