Abstract nouns are those which you cannot see - feel, sense, smell, taste..

Bravery, trust, dedication - etc are abstract nouns.  They are more of qualities of people.

Points and scores are seen and read.

They are not abstract nouns.

Abstract nouns are the part of the noun which we cannot see.for example wisdom , knowledge etc., cannot be seen these are abstrat nouns. Points and scores are not abstract nouns because we can see them
