An oxygen fluoride is a compound containing only the chemical elements oxygen and fluorine. Three are known:

Oxygen difluoride

Dioxygen difluoride

Trioxygen difluoride (ozone (di)fluoride, O3F2, blood-red solid with m.p. 83 K, dec. ~116 K, first reported (1938) by Aoyama and Sakuraba)
