It's zero at the centre of earth. As we start moving from earth's surface towards its centre with every subsequent layers its pull of attraction (gravity) decreases, as it can not exert pull tangentially but axially.
the gravity you fell during your way down will be not because of the layers on your sideways but because of the earth mass present below you, hence the gravity keeps on decreasing, and ultimately when one reaches to the centre, one feels no gravity because there is nothing to attract it which results in the zero weight.
