The RTI in Indian democracy empowers the people to work as watch dog. Right to information (RTI) was first implemented by the Congress government in 2005. It replaced the replaces the Freedom of information Act, 2002. It was passed by Indian Parliament on 15 June ,2005 and was implemented from 12 October, 2005. The Right to information in India is monitored by Central Information Commission (CIC) working directly under the President of India and State Public Information Officers (SPIOs) at state level headed by the State Governor.
Natural gas in a power deficient country, natural gas is a precious gift. It can be used as a source of energy. It takes less time to build a power plant based on natural gas. It can be used as an industrial raw material in petro-chemical industry. It can be used in building the fertilizer plants and there by encouraging the use of fertilizers.
