If you've been the victim of identity theft, there are many precautionary measures, you must take in order to secure yourself.

The 1st and foremost action that you must take is to report about it in all the relative Law enforcement Agencies. It will bring the fraud in their notice and they will start their working in order to catch the culprit.

Then you must inform about it to your bank to get secured from fraud.

The action which will be the least helpful in this scenario is to "withdraw your money from all accounts", because it will make no difference as you have already informed the Law Enforcement Agencies as well as your Bank. It will also become a hurdle to catch the culprit because there will be no bait to catch him/her.

first thing that you must do is to report about it in the police. It will bring the fraud in their notice and they will start their working in order to catch the offender.

if you directly talk to that person who is your identity thief and ask him about this illegal work this will be of least helpful.

you should directly report this to the relative department and inform them about this and ask them to  take  actions against that person.
