Friend, Before I give the answer, I want to tell you that.

Water is very precious. About 71% of our earth is covered with water. But Almost major part of the water is salt water. I think out of 100% of fresh water 68% of fresh water is in beneath the ice caps. 30% of it is ground water and hardly of 0.3% of water is in lakes, rivers and they are the ones which we use.

So friend you can think, How much less water is available for our survival and if we waste that what will be our situation...?

=> Defecating in open can cause water borne diseases as some day it will be drown in the water because the person is very near to water body and through the germs and particles in the excreta it will pollute the water.

=> I think using the same water which was used for washing clothes,washing buffaloes, bathing as drinking water can cause water borne diseases as pollutants are mixed with the water.
