Answer:

The way in which Hillary Clinton presents herself in her speeches there are many ways to go as to decide which speech of hers or which address of hers can be categorized as a call to action. This is also subjective. However, following is what I would consider her call to action:-

Explanation:

- In 2016 in her first public appearance since she conceded the presidential election to Donald Trump, she spoke on the matter, "We have work to do " which was termed as a call to action by many journalists. She spoke on the children's defense fund. Some may recall this speech in which she quoted Martin Luther King Jr. and talked about how work needs to be done for the sake of the children.

-Another instance was in 2017 that a call to action was suspected when  Hillary Clinton spoke in Wellesley commencement speech. Here she talked about assault, reason, impeachment, fake news, etc.

- Finally another event was in 2013, A Call to Action For Women and Girls  in her speech on the second day of the annual Women in the World conference.
