As of 2017 the high court of Jharkand has acted as an advisory body and have asked the State Government to include Road Safety Awareness as part of the local school Syllabus.

The move has been appreciated and is supported by NGOs and hospitals who have complained about the high number of road accidents in the state every year which has killed thousands of people.
