I believe every stage of life has got it's own significance. so to say that one is good is good and other isn't is not correct. u just need to change ur way of looking towards life.

I think every age is good, but as he said that he has given options so choose one, I think about the age of our mother and father (30, 40, 50) is the best age because they provide us everything. Why I choose this age because young age( which I am in) nowadays is a little neglectful to the eleders(I don't know if you do that) But Somewhere I think it's not good. Old age is not so good because they just have 30 percent of there lives but still they try there best. In my opinion- Adulthood like over 30- 99%. Old age- 40 %.
