The answer is (a) RRYY and RrYy

By looking at them itself we can say that they are genotypically different.

By phenotype, the plant with genotype RRYY has round, yellow seeds and the plant with genotype RrYy also has round, yellow seeds simply because round and yellow are dominant and are expressed at least once in the genotype.
