a)Tension is a force which implies that it is a vector with a certain magnitude and direction.

b)current doesn't follow vector addition and decomposition law,so it is not a vector.Current density is a vector quantity.

c) Angular velocity neither a vector nor a scalar. It is a pseudovector. To completely specify an angular velocity, one must specify its magnitude, the plane of rotation and the sense of rotation (clockwise/anticlockwise). ... Now that it has a magnitude and a direction, you may be tempted to call it a vector.

d) Moment of inertia is neither a scalar quantity nor a vector quantity. Moment of inertia does not have a direction, so it can't be a vector quantity. Also moment of inertia is different about different axis and vary for each mass distribution of the system, so it is also not a scalar.
