(d) An equitable distribution of resources is not a problem of resource development.
- An equal distribution of resources will let the people know how much resources each on of them has and they will use it according to their needs then.
- As resources are not distributed equally, the one who have them in abundance continue to overuse them forgetting that there are other people who are being deprived. Such discrimination is the major problem in resource development as the people who have them in abundance keep exploiting them.

Depletion of resources for antifying the greed of few individuals ,accumulation of resources in few hands and indiscriminate exploitation of resources are all key resource development issues.
In resource development, however, equal distribution of resources is not a problem.Equal distribution, it can be stated, promotes development. while resource depletion is the result of a few major issues.
Therefore, option D will be the best option.
