None... no animals are color blind.

Everything we see is light... the only time you can't see light is in complete darkness. Color = Light! Light = Color!

Dogs, cats, mice and rabbits have very bad eye sights because the are Bred by humans.

Black cats has perfect eye sight... but other cats has very bad... and some are even blind in an eye... or death in an ear.

Dogs also have bad eye sight... but they can see color, just weaker shades of it. Wolves have great eye sight.

Answer:

The only animal that has been confirmed to see only in black and white is a fish called a Skate. This is because it has no cones in its eyes.
