Its a very interesting question...!!
Basically....Each and every living organisim that takes birth on earth definitely dies...
But we have unicellular organisms as exceptions.... coz....in unicellular organisms...cell division is the mode of growth as well as reproduction...
But the scientists have recently discovered about worlds first immortal organism..
A jelly fish named as Turritopsis nutricula....
This jelly fish actually .... reverts back to its younger stage....
That means.... it enters an earlier polyp stage after it mates.....
In this way it completely restarts its lifecycle....hence, can live forever...
But if it does not mate...it is also not immortal....
This is what i had in my knowledege...
