(1). Cyanobacteria are the cellular organisms in which photosynthesis occurs.
(2). Cellular aerobic respiration occurs many cellular organisms like Amoeba, Bacteria etc.

 2. Water is the raw material that is responsible for the release of molecular oxygen during photosynthesis

Respiration that involves ‘oxygen’ as reactant is called as ‘Aerobic respiration’.

Example: When Glucose reacts with oxygen, it liberates heat along with water and carbon dioxide.

Apparatus set up required to test aerobic respiration:

-Few germinating seeds.

-Few dried seeds.

-Two thermos bottles with one-holed cork each.

-Two thermometers

Steps to test:

-Fill the first bottle with germinating seeds, close it with the cork and then insert a thermometer in the hole.

- Fill the second bottle with dried seeds, close it with the cork and then insert another thermometer in the hole.

-Note the initial temperature in the thermometer.

-Wait for few hours.

-Note down the final temperature in both cases.

We could infer that the there is rise in temperature in first bottle. This shows that heat is liberated in aerobic respiration in germinating seeds. Dried seeds do not respire.
