I think, I'm not sure but most probably there will be an elimination of water
H from alcohol and OH from carboxylic acid part of the organic acid will combine to eliminate water
and it will form an Ester

Answer:
Esters are the 'product' formed when 'organic acid reacts with alcohol' in the presence of 'acid catalyst' and the reaction is esterification. Explanation: The process in which an organic acid reacting with alcohol in the 'presence of catalyst' is said to be esterification. The product formed is known as esters.
