the Indus River system ,The Ganga River system, The Yamuna River system and the Brahmaputra River system.

the peninsular rivers, on other hand, do not originate from glaciers. these rivers are rainfed they even reduce considerably during summer. some of the peninsular rivers are the Mahanadi, the Krishna, Cauvery Narmada, Tapi,etc.
