Actually vaccine are antibodies only ,antibodies are helpful as they don't let the virus to come in the human body and vaccine are also similar but the give a long lasting effect as the are half killed or antigen of that virus as they insert in our body our immune system get the information that any virus is in our body it produces antibodies which go and stick on the antigen and the antigen is dead by big cells and if any real virus try to get inhuman body our immune system produce that antibodies which are used to killed the antigen and hence the virus can't survive
