ur too late for iit, u shd have prepared from 1st standard XD.
jst kidding, u should first focus on boards. but still- ncert, rs, rd, oswaal, arihant, shiv das. these books are the best

I recommend that if ur school is of CBSE board , then u should better use S.chands book it will help u more
