according to me
demerits of democratic system are
1. leaders keep changing which leads to unstability
2. democracy is all about political competition and power play , hence there is no scope for morality .
3. elected leaders do not always know the best intrest of citizens which leads to bad decision
4. democracy leads to corruption , as it is based on electoral competition .
5. ordinary people do not know what is good for them so they may not be able to decide anything properly
