Two is a prime number because its only factors are 1 and itself. It is an even number as well because it can be divided by 2. All of the other prime numbers are odd, including 3, 5, 7, 11 and 13.

Step-by-step explanation:

prime numbers are those whose factors are 1 and the number itself.

there is only one prime number found till now which is the number 2 as it has only factors are 1 and number itself that is 2.

note that all the other prime numbers are odd numbers as even numbers will be having a factor as 2 for any case.

hope this helps you.

thank you.
