So the consecutive odd numbers will be :

x , (x+2) , (x+4) , (x+8)

From the given conditions :

{x + (x+2) + (x+4) + (x+6) } / 4 = 16

4x + 12 = 64

4x = 52

x = 13

Verification :

13 + 15 +17 + 19 = 64

Average is 64/ 4 = 16
