taffy drew a picture of her, her father and the stranger ( the Tewara) standing near the beaver swap trying to, but their spear is broken, and above them she drew her mother standing near the cave with a new spear. the picture included many beavers near the three (taffy, her father, stranger) so that, it would look as if they are near the beaver swap.
