2) Labour is highly needed as there aren't any latest machines for cotton production and the labour is usually very cheap and also working conditions are risky and unsafe

3) Synthetic fibres are in better demand than cotton. So, automatically the growth of such industries will decline as synthetic are also cheaper and easy to process due to modern machines
