• These are organisation or business set up in which the financial commitment does not surpass one crore rupees. They have revenue lower than those of companies that operate on a larger scale.
• However, low in revenue does not necessarily mean low profitability. Certain factors help in maintaining the low revenue of this organisation. They recruit only smaller team and operate in a much smaller market area.
• Their business limits to an area like in a house, in a retail shop, single office. They are basically independently owned thereby requiring less capital and workforce and limited or no machinery.
