Right against exploitation: Every citizen of India can to stand up against any kind of exploitation that be he/she is going through. It also guarantees dignity and prohibits exploitation or misuse of service by force or inducement.

It is a fundamental right of every Indian citizen.

Evils tackled:

Human Trafficking: Trafficking means selling and buying of human beings, usually women, for immoral purposes.

Begging: Our constitution also prohibits slavery or begging in any form. It is a practice  where the worker is forced to render service to the ‘master’, free of charge or at a nominal salary.

Child labor: The Constitution also prohibits child labor. No one can employ a child below the age of 14 years to work in any factory or in any other hazardous work such as in the railways and at ports.
