Natural Vegetation are classified into three wide categories namely:

1. Forests,which are usually a collection of trees growing naturally naturally in a large area. They flourish flourish in areas where temperature is high enough and rainfall is plentiful for growth of large number of trees.
2. Grasslands occur in regions of moderate rainfall in both low and mid- latitudes.
3. Shrubs, scrub and thorny bushes are found in dry regions.
