These days children are more inclined towards television,movies,mobiles and video games.They avoid playing outside.Thus,they have started living a very sedetary lifestyle.

This leads to obesity in children which may further give rise to other diseases.Therefore it is very important to keep children keep since childhood and advise them to play atleast two hourse to develop their immunity and reduce the risk of obesity.
