The areas around Lucknow, Guwahati, Amritsar, Bhopal, and Nagpur are the one that has precipitation problem that is extremely different from any other area.
This is due to the fact that the areas are near to equator of Earth.
Apart from this, South region is the most effective areas such as Chennai.
