II. Countries with dictator(s) don't have to go through elections, which add to the country's expenses significantly.
III. Appointees in a dictatorship type rule can't be corrupt as they are fully loyal to the dictator.
Although a dictatorship is more efficient, we must remember a democracy is better as opinions, needs or demands of the people are never taken in account in a dictatorship.
