Unenumerated rights are the legal and illegal rights of the Constitution but it is not written in the Constitution like in Constitution's rights are written as articles and para based. But unenumerated rights are not written like this. In this rights there are included every laws.

Procedural and substantive a laws are based about Constitutional laws. Which is included with social laws. In a human life's happiness, sadness, fundamental rights are included in this laws.
