Slope = (Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1)

Slope = (4-4)/(4-0) = 0

.

Since the slope is 0, it means:

  • The graph has no gradient,
  • The graph is a straight horizontal line
  • The graph is y = 4

slope is rate of change of y with respect to x
So change of Y is Y2-Y1 = 4-4=0 . and change in x= 4-0=4
so Slope of line = 0 means line will be parallel to x-axis.
