Litmus milk decolorization test: To help identify Enterococcus and some Clostridia which have ability to metabolize litmus milk. Oxidase test: To help identify Neisseria, Pasteurella, Vibrio, Pseudomonas. This test is used to determine the presence of bacterial cytochrome oxidase.
