Red blood cells are without nuclei.
The advantage of non-nucleated condition of RBCs is, RBCs contain red pigments called haemoglobin, which is very essential for carrying oxygen throughout the body.
Therefore, as an adaptation for accommodating large amount of haemoglobins red blood cells do not have nucleus.
It also allows the cell to have unique bi-concave shape which initiates diffusion.
If the shape would not be possible if the cell has nucleus in it.
