Which blood component helps in communictiong between cells and organs and tissues?

Cytokines... 
They are of many different types. Mostly known ones that help in the immune system are interferons and interleukins.

There are glycoproteins called interferons that are produced by WBCs which can communicate with other cells and inform them about the attack of a virus in the body. They make sure other cells are safe by sending these messages and asks them tom prepare for the infection.
 There are other proteins called interleukins that regulate cell growth, differentiation, and motility. They are particularly important in stimulating immune responses, such as inflammation. 

Hormones....
These are chemical messengers of the body produced by glands and communicate with distant organs to regulate their function and behaviour.
