by observing the above table we can concluded that we know AB is a universal recipient but here we dont know the Rh factor of the patient AB.
So in Such Case patient AB can be given blood from a donor which has Rh-ve factor (meaning Rh factor is not present)
So irrespective of the Rh factor the AB receiver can get blood from all -ve blood types
