But, since sugar has multiple thebond between each other molecule is weaker than thebonds between the elements themselves, then it is really weak.Ionic and metallic bonds areweaker than covalent bonds. This is correct, it is why covalentcrystal is much harder than ionicand metallic crystal/polycrystal.
