Oswaal is best for sample papers but for practicing R.S.Sharma and R.D.Sharma is best for Maths.
Fastarck is also best for Maths just go for it.
See, there won't be much difference in the books as both are from the same publishing house.
The only difference that you'll find will be that in Sample question papers you'll find your questions properly arranged and with a marking scheme for them but in the Question Bank, you'll find questions randomly asked, without any marking scheme.
In Question bank, it will be easy for you to make out that which question has been asked previously by the Board because it will be mentioned there.
I will suggest you to once go for R.D. Sharma and with that focus on your NCERT because all the basic questions are easily available in the NCERT itself.
