Which candidate will have more power_elected or nominated?Why?

elected ...bz he have got selected finally and he is gone a rule the government and nominated means there will be many in that he is the one ..elected have more power than nominated ..bz he even got elected by the citizens ..who are self gover and they itself selected they leader ..
