Which capital do you consider the best land, labour and human? Give reason

I consider human capital as the best. b'Coz when human capital is absent, all other factors of production are useless.
for e.g., if a company have almost all the factors of production, capital, land etc... but not human capital. will it make any use??
so, human capital is considered as superior.
